Welcome back parents & guardians of Superior School students!

ü  Masks are required for all students entering and moving in school buildings and on buses.

ü  Students should be screened at home in the morning daily and should stay home if they are feeling ill or have a fever. They can return to school if they haven’t had a fever or symptoms for 24 hours without having had a fever-reducing medication like Tylenol (Acetaminophen). Parents/guardians will be notified immediately to come and collect their children if they present with symptoms at school.

ü  Social distancing of six feet is the current guidance, and it would help us greatly to reinforce this concept with your child (FYI “airplane arms” is the technical term we use in the elementary )

ü  Public access to school buildings is limited to reduce the risk of COVID-19 exposure to students and staff. If you need to visit, please call the building secretaries to schedule an appointment. Mrs. Schultz can be reached at extension #110, and Mrs. Bauer can be reached at #200. They will be happy to help you get connected with staff. Please remember to bring your mask if you visit.

ü  It is really important for us to keep in close contact this year. Please make sure we have your most current email and phone numbers, so you don’t miss a thing! We will use social media, our ssd3.us website, and our Infinite Campus Robo-caller to keep you informed.

ü  Attendance to extracurricular activities is based on a pass system used by the MHSA. JH/HS student-athletes will be given two passes for parents to attend home games, and our ability to travel and watch our students will depend on the protocols in place in the schools with which are hosting competitions. Activities Director Jess Nagy and our coaches will have more information.

ü  Guidance for schools during the pandemic changes often. Please know that we are doing everything in our power to keep our schools open to deliver a Superior education to our kids.

We appreciate your patience and support in this most challenging time.  The harder we work at being safe, the longer we will be able to stay open and do what we do best!

To get started, follow the link below.

Please make sure you are registering under "COOP-Alberton/Superior" (Code LSM3LP).
